With a decade of professional artistic life, predominantly as a painter,  I have recently embarked on an illustration journey, delving into storytelling and character creation. 

My technique is a fusion of traditional and digital application. Starting with large-scale painterly applications of acrylic, gouache, charcoal, and inks and often building 3-D models.  The oversized canvas becomes a playground for my creativity that catches my energy, where each stroke tells a story and layers of texture build visual history.  The process continues digitally at a much smaller scale, merging drypoint and monotype print work with the large scale painterly work, creating a harmonious blend.
